摘 要:为提高螺旋钻采煤机综合性能,实现轻量化,以螺旋钻杆为研究对象,以钻杆内径、叶片螺旋升角、叶片高度、叶片厚度、叶片螺距及电机转速为优化变量,通过改进的遗传算法对螺旋钻采煤机的输送功率、二次破碎率、输煤量及钻杆质量进行多目标优化设计。结果表明:螺旋钻采煤机输送功率下降了2. 26%,二次破碎率降低了43. 49%,输煤量增加了12. 96%,螺旋钻杆质量减轻了4. 3%,钻杆等效应力降低11. 9%,实现了螺旋钻采煤机增效、轻质量的多目标优化设计。In order to improved combination property of coal auger,and also lightweight was realized,it taking auger stem as studying object,the following parameters were optimization variables,which include drilling stem inner diameter,blade spiral angle,blade height,blade thickness,blade thread pitch and motor speed,multiply aims optimization design for coal auger power,secondary crushing rate,coal conveying quantity and drilling stem was proceed by improved genetic algorithm.The results showed that transmitting power of coal auger fall by 2.26%,secondary crushing rate decreased about 43.49%,coal transmitting quantity increased about 12.96%,and also spiral drilling stem weight decreased about 4.3%,drilling stem equivalent stress decreased about 11.9%,so multiply aims optimization design of coal auger enchantment and light weight were realized.
