摘  要:针对浅部老采空区地表建设可行性问题,提出3个方面主要评价:老采空区覆岩是否已垮落压实;若未完全垮落,其稳定性如何,若失稳,地表是否会产生非连续变形;地表残余沉降与变形量值。研究并推导了荷载影响下浅部老采空区残留煤柱失稳和残留空洞覆岩整体失稳的判别公式;研究了残留空洞上覆岩层逐层破断向上发展的条件,推导了地表发生非连续变形的判别公式;指出浅部老采空区地表残余移动变形可采用残余变形系数法或等效厚度法进行计算。最终,根据不同采煤方法结合采取的措施给出了浅部老采空区地表建设可行性评价指标和准则。工程实例证明了评价方法的合理性和浅部老采空区地表建设的可行性。To feasibility problem of surface construction of old goaf in shallow,and then main evaluation from three sides were put forward,whether overlying strata of old goaf collapsed fully,if not,how is the stability,if instability,whether discontinuous deformation would appeared on the surface.Surface residual subsidence and deformation amount.And then judgement formula was deduced,which is about residual coal pillar instability under loading influence of old goaf in shallow and overlying strata overall instability with residual cavity.Development situation of layer by layer broken to upward of overlying strata with residual cavity was studied,and then judgement formula of surface noncontinuous deformation was deduced,and surface residual deformation of old goaf in shallow could be calculated by residual deformation coefficient method or equivalent thickness.At the last,according different coal mining method,feasibility evaluation and principle of surface construction of old goaf in shallow were put forward.The practical showed that the evaluation method was rationality and feasibility.
