摘  要:采用固相合成法制备了(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)Ti_(1-x)Zr_xO_3(x=0-0.05)压电陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM和电学性能测试方法研究了不同含量ZrO_2对陶瓷样品结构和性能的影响.XRD分析发现,ZrO_2的掺杂没有改变陶瓷的钙钛矿结构,但Zr元素的掺杂使得晶胞参数减小;SEM图片显示,随着ZrO_2的加入,样品平均晶粒尺寸减小,且晶粒尺寸分布更加均匀;ZrO_2的加入显著影响了样品的电学性能,随着ZrO_2的加入,室温剩余极化强度(P_r)、矫顽场(E_c)和压电常数(d_(33))都先增加后减小,当x=0.01时P_r和E_c分别达到最大值35.7μC/cm^2和4.72kV/mm,当x=0.03时d_(33)达到最大值144pC/N;随着ZrO_2的加入,陶瓷样品常温介电常数增大,退极化温度T_d逐渐下降,且各样品都具有典型的弛豫特性.(Na 0.5 Bi 0.5)0.94 Ba 0.06 Ti 1-x Zr x O 3(x=0-0.05)piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid-phase reaction method.The effects of ZrO 2 on the structure and electrical properties of the specimens were studied by the methods of XRD,SEM and the electrical properties measurements.XRD analysis showed that the addition of ZrO 2 did not change the perovsike structure of the ceramics,but decreased the lattice parameters.SEM investigations indicated that the average grain sizes decreased,and the grain size distribution got more uniform after ZrO 2 were added.The electrical properties were also affected with the dopant of ZrO 2,the remnant polarization(P r),coercive field(E c)and the piezoelectric coefficients(d 33)at room temperature increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of x,P r and E c attained the maximum values of 35.7μC/cm 2 and 4.72 kV/mm at x=0.01,and d 33 obtained the highest value of 144 pC/N at x=0.03;the relative dielectric constants of BNBTZ ceramics at room temperature increased while the depolarization temperature T d decreased with the addition of ZrO 2,and all BNBTZ ceramics exhibited the typical relaxor behavior.
