摘  要:针对工程用UNS N08120合金的焊接大多依赖进口焊条的现状,开展ENiCrMo-2焊条国产化研究。所研制的ENiCrMo-2焊条具有良好的全位置焊接工艺性,各项性能均满足技术要求,具有优良的力学性能及抗热裂纹性能,其室温力学性能与进口焊条相当。Aiming at the current situation that the welding of N08120 alloy depends on the imported electrodes,nationalization of electrode ENiCrMo-2 for nickel base alloy was studied.The results showed that all the performances of the developed electrode can meet the requirements and exhibits good technological performances in all position welding,excellent mechanical properties and hot cracking susceptibility.Its mechanical properties are equivalent to that of the imported products under certain welding process conditions.
