摘 要:为研究预应力技术对RPC梁斜截面抗裂性能的影响,对3根预应力RPC工字梁及1根非预应力RPC工字梁进行单点加载下的斜截面抗裂性能试验。分析了预应力度及剪跨比对预应力RPC梁斜截面开裂裂缝形态、主斜裂缝倾角及宽度、主斜裂缝投影长度的影响,探讨了预应力度及剪跨比等因素对预应力RPC梁斜截面开裂荷载的影响规律,并建立了预应力RPC梁斜截面抗裂强度计算公式。研究表明:预应力的施加可以有效提升RPC梁的斜截面开裂荷载,但这种有利作用会随剪跨比的增加而降低;预应力可改变RPC工字梁的初始斜裂缝形态、减小主斜裂缝的倾角,但其对主斜裂缝投影长及主斜裂缝最终宽度影响不大。In order to study the effect of prestress technology on crack resistance of RPC beam oblique section,a diagonal cracking performance test was carried out on 3 prestressed RPC beams and 1 non prestressed RPC I-beam under single point load.The effect of the prestress degree and the shear span ratio on the diagonal cracks form,angle and width of diagonal crack and the projection length of diagonal cracks was analyzed.The degree of prestress,shear span ratio and other factors influence on the inclined section of prestressed RPC girder cracking load was investigated,and the calculation formula of shear cracking strength of prestressed RPC beams was established.The research shows that the prestressed application can effectively improve the RPC beam oblique section cracking load,but the beneficial effect will be decreased with the increasing of shear span ratio.It can change the initial inclined fracture morphology of RPC I-beam and primary inclined crack angle,with little impact on the main projection length inclined cracks and main diagonal crack width.
