论马克思世界交往的本质、特征及功能

摘　　要：马克思的世界交往思想具有丰富的理论意蕴和深远的实践意蕴。从本质来看,马克思的世界交往具有社会实践本质、历史地理本质、政治经济本质、思想文化本质;从特征来看,马克思的世界交往是时间性与空间性、民族性与世界性、普遍性与特殊性、目的性与规律性的统一;从功能来看,马克思的世界交往开创了世界历史的时代,形塑了世界市场的空间,推动了世界文学的发展,奠定了人类解放的基础。深入研究马克思世界交往思想,对于理解"一带一路"发展战略,推动人类命运共同体建设,构建相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系都具有重大意义。Marxs idea of world communication has rich theoretical meaning and far-reaching practical implications.In essence,Marxs thinking on world communication has the essence of social practice,the nature of history and geography,the nature of political economy and the essence of ideology and culture.In terns of characteristics,Marxs thoughts of world communication concerns time and space,nationality and world,universality and particularity,purpose and regularity.From the perspective of function,Marxs thinking on world communication has created an era of world history,shaped the space for the world market,promoted the development of world literature and laid the foundation for the liberation of mankind.Studying Marxs thinking on world communication is of great significance to understanding the development strategy of“the Belt and Road Initiative”promoting the construction of a community with shared future for humanity and building a new type of international relations based on mutual respect,fairness,justice and cooperation.
