摘　　要：概述了植物油多元醇的合成方法以及其在半硬质聚氨酯泡沫中的研究现状.重点综述了以植物油为原料,通过活性羟基扩链法、环氧化/环氧乙烷开环法、臭氧分解/还原法、加氢甲酰化法、酯交换/酰胺化法和硫醇-烯反应法制备多元醇,以及合成的植物油基多元醇在聚氨酯中的应用,对比各种植物油基多元醇合成方法对相应半硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料性能的影响,探讨了目前植物油基半硬质聚氨酯泡沫研究所存在的问题,并展望了此类材料的发展前景.We summarized the synthetic methods of vegetable oil polyols and their applications in semi-rigid polyurethane foam.Six routes of the preparation for polyol from vegetable oil as raw material were introduced in detail,including active hydroxyl extending chain,epoxidation/oxirane ring-opening,ozonolysis/reduction,hydroformylation/hydrogenation,transesterification/amidation and thiol-ene reaction.Through the comparsion of various preparation methods and the corresponding properties of vegetable oil-based polyurethane products,on these basis,the existing problems in the research of vegetable oil-based polyurethane materials were discussed and prospects for the development of such materials.
