摘  要:以按钮壳体零件为例,对具有特殊功能需要的异体结构塑件进行工艺分析,详细介绍零件的分型面选择及浇注和冷却系统的设计方法,针对该塑件的结构特点,设计抽芯机构和二次推出机构,最后完成了一套一出二的注塑模具设计。经生产结果表明,该模具结构紧凑,运作顺畅,产品质量可靠,符合生产要求,对相关壳类塑件的模具设计具有一定的参考价值。Taking the button shell parts as an example,the process analysis is performed on the different structural plastic parts with special functional requirements,the selection of the parting surface of the parts and the design method of the pouring and cooling system are introduced in detail,and the cores are designed according to the structural features of the plastic parts,The institutions and the secondary launch agencies finally completed a set of injection mold designs.The production results show that the mold has compact structure,smooth operation,reliable product quality,and meets production requirements.It has certain reference value for the mold design of related shell plastic parts.
