摘　　要：目的探讨血清PCT水平对糖尿病并发症的影响。方法选择2016年1月～2017年12月于我院诊断为2型糖尿病的90例患者为研究对象。根据是否合并急慢性并发症分为无并发症组、急性并发症组、慢性并发症组,比较各组血清PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平,以及不同严重程度并发症的患者血清PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果急性并发症组患者血清PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著高于无并发症组以及慢性并发症组,慢性并发症组显著高于无并发症组。重度慢性并发症及急性并发症患者PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著高于轻度并发症组与中度并发症组,中度并发症组显著高于轻度并发症组。结论糖尿病患者血清PCT水平与糖尿病并发症有关,且与病情严重程度有关,尤其是急性并发症改变更为显著。Objective To discuss the effect of serum PCT level on diabetic complications.Methods 90 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017 were selected as subjects.All cases were divided into no complication group,acute complication group,chronic complication group according to whether or not combined with acute and chronic complication.PCT,IL-6,TNF-αlevels were compared among different groups,and varing degrees of complications.Results PCT,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in the acute complication group were higher than those in the no complication group and chronic complication group,and the levels in the chronic complication group were higher than those in the no complication group(P<0.05).PCT,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in the severe chronic complication and acute complication were higher than the mild and moderate,and the moderate was higher than the mild(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum PCT level in diabetic patients is associated with diabetic complications,and the severity of the complications is related to the severity of the disease.In particular,the changes in acute complications are more significant.
