低分子肝素防治高危剖宫产术后静脉血栓的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子肝素对血栓高危因素剖宫产术后静脉血栓性疾病的预防效果。方法选择2015年8月—2017年12月在我院拟行剖宫产术的92例产妇为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各46例,对照组术后指导产妇自行预防静脉血栓性疾病,观察组采用低分子肝素以预防静脉血栓性疾病,比较两组预防效果、临床指标以及预后情况。结果观察组产妇静脉血栓性疾病发生率低于对照组,D-D、FIB水平低于对照组,住院费用高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组PLT、APTT、PT水平、产后出血率、手术时间以及住院时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对存在高危因素的产妇,于剖宫产术后给予低分子肝素,可有效预防静脉血栓性疾病,且不易增加出血风险,具有一定安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin in prevention of venous thromboembolic disease after cesarean section with high-risk thrombus.Methods 92 pregnant women with cesarean section in the hospital from August 2015 to December 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.After surgery,control group guided pregnant women to prevent venous thromboembolic disease,while observation group was given low molecular weight heparin to prevent venous thromboembolic disease.The preventive effects,clinical indexes and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of venous thromboembolic disease in observation group was lower than that in control group,the levels of D-D and FIB in observation group were lower than control group,and the hospitalization expense of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the PLT,APTT,PT,postpartum bleeding volume,operation time and hospital stays between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion As for pregnant women with high risk factors,the application of low molecular weight heparin after cesarean section can effectively prevent venous thromboembolic disease and not increase the risks of bleeding,which has certain safety.
