谷氨酰胺联合异甘草酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究谷氨酰胺联合异甘草酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取我单位收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者78例,以随机数字表法为基点分实验组、常规组各39例,常规组实施谷氨酰胺治疗,实验组以常规组为基点联合采用异甘草酸镁治疗,分析两组患者炎症指标变化情况(C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、细胞黏附分子-1及肿瘤坏死因子-α)及临床疗效对比。结果各项炎症指标:实验组与常规组比,实验组各项炎症指标均较低,P <0.05;临床治疗效果:常规组总有效率为76.92%,实验组总有效率为94.87%,与常规组比,实验组有效率高,P <0.05。结论对重症急性胰腺炎患者采用谷氨酰胺联合异甘草酸镁治疗能有效改善其自身炎症,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of glutamine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group through random number table method,39 cases in each group,the conventional group was treated with glutamine,the experimental group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizate based on conventional group,changes of inflammatory index(C-reactive protein,Interleukin-6,cell adhesion molecule-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α)and the clinical curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Compared with the conventional group,inflammatory indicators in the experimental group were lower,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the conventional group was 76.92%,and that of the experimental group was 94.87%,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of glutamine and magnesium isoglycyrrhizate can effectively improve the inflammation of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis,improve the clinical treatment effect.
