摘　　要：目的观察通络治疗仪治疗缺血性卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取128例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成通络仪组和对照组,每组各64例,对照组予内科常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上辅以通络治疗仪治疗,二组均结合日常康复训练,运用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能分级量表(FMA)评估肢体运动功能水平,运用Barthel指数(MBI)评定患者日常活动能力。结果与治疗前对比,两组患者治疗后FMA、MBI评分均有上升(P <0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后FMA、MBI评分上升幅度更具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通络治疗仪治疗缺血性卒中偏瘫效果满意,操作简便、安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intelligent tongluo therapeutic instrument on limb dyskinesia in hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Using a case-control approach,a total of 128 standard inpatients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the tongluo instrument group and the control group,64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medical treatment,the treatment group was treated with tongluo apparatus on the basis of regular drug treatment.And the two groups were combined with daily rehabilitation training.The simple Fugl-Meyer Scale of motion function(FMI)was used to assess the level of limb motion function,and the routine activity of patients was assessed by Barb Index(MBI).Results Compared with those before treatment,the FMA and MBI scores in the two groups increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the instrument group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The present study suggests that the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia with tongluo therapy instrument is satisfactory,simple and safe.
