摘　　要：目的研究中药穴位离子导入治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取88例原发性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用口服仙灵骨葆,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药穴位离子导入治疗。对比治疗总有效率、骨质密度改善评分、运动功能评分及生活活动能力评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,骨质密度改善评分、运动功能评分、生活活动能力评分均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药穴位离子导入治疗原发性骨质疏松症具有效果,可改善其骨质密度。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint iontophoresis in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods Eightyeight patients with primary osteoporosis were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases each.The control group was treated with oral xianling gubao,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture iontophoresis on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,bone density improvement score,motor function score and life activity ability score were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The bone density improvement score,motor function score and life activity ability score were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis has an effect on primary osteoporosis and can improve bone density.
