摘　　要：目的对2007—2016年甘肃省医院系统实验室感染性疾病免疫学标志物室间质评结果进行分析,以促进各实验室的能力建设和提高检测水平。方法每年发放免疫学质控物2批共10份,分两次检测感染性标志物8项并上报结果,对其上报结果进行评分。结果 10年内参加注册室间质评的实验室逐年增加,回报率不稳定,实验室合格率由78.57%上升到94.74%。室间质评项目总的符合率也在逐年上升,尤其近3年总体符合率达到了98.00%以上。结论甘肃省临检中心在全省范围内开展的室间质评活动很大程度地提高了全省医疗机构实验室的检测水平和检测质量。Objective To analyze the results of inter-laboratory qualitative assessment of immunological markers of infectious diseases in Gansu Provincial Hospital System Laboratory from 2007 to 2016,in order to promote capacity building and improve the level of detection in laboratories.Methods A total of 10 immunosuppressants were distributed in two batches each year.Eight infective markers were detected in two batches and the results were reported.The reported results were scored.Results The number of laboratories participating in the inter-laboratory quality assessment increased every year within 10 years,the rate of return was unstable,and the passing rate of the laboratory increased from 78.57%to 94.74%.The overall compliance rate of inter-laboratory quality assessment projects was also increasing year by year,especially in the past three years,the overall compliance rate reached 98.00%.Conclusion The interlaboratory quality assessment activities carried out by the clinical examination center in gansu province greatly improves the level and quality of the laboratory of medical institutions in the province.
