小儿手足口病流行期间预检分诊护理管理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探究小儿手足口病流行期间预检分诊护理管理办法。方法回顾性分析本院在2017年5月—2018年5月治疗的74例小儿手足口病患儿,采用随机数字表法将全部患儿分为两组,对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用预检分诊护理管理,比较分析两组患儿的临床症状好转时间、住院时间等情况。结果对照组住院时间为(15.00±2.50)d,皮疹消退时间为(8.32±2.30)d,观察组住院时间为(9.02±2.30)d,皮疹消退时间为(4.11±2.10)d,与对照组相比,观察组患儿临床症状减轻时间快,住院时间短,组间差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。对照组治疗总有效率为70.27%(26/37),观察组治疗总有效率为91.89%(34/37),组间差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论护理小儿手足口病患儿中应用预检分诊护理管理,得到及时有效的治疗,帮助患儿尽快缓解病情,减轻临床症状,有效缩短了患儿住院的时间,减轻了患儿家属的心理负担和经济压力。Objective To explore the nursing management methods of preexamination and triage during the epidemic of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in May 2017,2018-5 month treatment,74 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease children,using the random number table method all children will be divided into two groups,control group and experimental group and control group using conventional nursing management,group USES the preview triage nursing management,the comparative analysis of two groups of children with clinical symptoms improved time,length of hospital stay,and so on and so forth.Results The duration of hospitalization in the control group was(15.0 0±2.50)d,the duration of rashes resolution was(8.32±2.30)d,the duration of rashes resolution was(9.02±2.30)d,and the duration of rashes resolution was(4.11±2.10)d.Compared with the control group,the time of clinical symptoms reduction in the observation group was fast and the duration of hospitalization was short,showing statistically significant differences between the groups,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.27%(26/37),and that of the observation group was 91.89%(34/37).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pre-examination and triage nursing management in the nursing of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)can be timely and effectively treated,which can help the child to alleviate the condition and clinical symptoms as soon as possible,effectively shorten the hospitalization time of the child,and alleviate the psychological burden and economic pressure of the family members of the child.
