摘　　要：目的观察臭氧水疗联合皮肤科特色护理治疗湿疹的临床价值。方法随机将我院2017年10月—2018年10月收治的66例湿疹患者分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予臭氧水疗联合联合常规护理。观察组给予臭氧水疗联合皮肤科特色护理。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、心理状态评分等指标均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论臭氧水疗联合皮肤科特色护理治疗湿疹效果理想。Objective To observe the clinical value of ozone hydrotherapy combined with dermatological specialty nursing for eczema.Methods Sixty-six patients with eczema admitted into our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The control group was given ozone spa therapy+conventional care.The observation group was given ozone spa therapy+dermatological special care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,psychological status score,nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone hydrotherapy combined with dermatological special care for eczema has an ideal effect.
