综合护理对冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者缓解不良情绪中的效果。方法随机抽取2015年7月—2016年7月在我院接受治疗的80例冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理服务,观察组在对照组基础上加用综合护理模式,对两组患者心理状态和护理满意度进行对比。结果护理后观察组患者SAS评分(44.2±3.3)分和SDS评分(43.9±3.1)分,低于对照组的(50.7±3.2)分和(48.3±3.3)分(P <0.05)。结论给予冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者综合护理服务,可以有效缓解患者负面情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on alleviating adverse emotions in patients with coronary heart disease and painless myocardial ischemia.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and painless myocardial ischemia who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing service,and the observation group added a comprehensive nursing model based on the observation group to compare the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The SAS scores(44.2±3.3)and SDS scores(43.9±3.1)in the observation group were significantly lower than(50.7±3.2)and(48.3±3.3)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease with painless myocardial ischemia can effectively alleviate the negative of patients.
