摘  要:金隆公司通过闪速炉高冰铜品位生产试验,有效提高了全系统的生产效率。试验分两个阶段:第一阶段主要追求高冰铜品位,第二阶段既追求高冰铜品位又追求闪速炉高投料量。主要措施有:提高闪速炉富氧浓度,维持闪速炉、转炉、制酸三大系统的烟气量平衡;提高转炉吹炼炉数,维持固铍等中间在制品处理平衡;严密监控设备状况,确保闪速炉等设备安全。Jinlong Copper Co.,Ltd.has,through the trial production of flash furnace higher-grade matte,effectively improved the production efficiency of the whole system.The trial production consists of two stages.The first stage focuses on pursuit of high matte grade and the second stage pursues both high matte grade and high feeding.The major measures include:improve the oxygen concentration in process air for flash furnace,maintain the balance of flue gas in such three systems as flash furnace,converter and acidmaking;increase the converting heats of converter and achieve a balance of cooled matte and other intermediary products in process;keep the equipment status under strict monitoring and ensure the flash furnace and other devices to be in a safe condition.
