摘  要:主要介绍江铜集团公司贵溪冶炼厂电解车间冷冻结晶法生产粗硫酸镍工艺的生产情况、影响除镍能力的因素以及提高除镍能力的优化改造。通过设备升级改造、提高能量利用率、余能回收及优化洗缸方式等措施,除镍能力大幅提升,取得了良好的效果。This paper mainly introduces the production condition of crude nickel sulfate process by freezing crystallization and the influencing affects on nickel removal efficiency in nickel sulfate process and optimization and modification for improving nickel removal efficiency in electrolytic shop of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation.Through equipment upgrading,increasing energy usage,energy recovery and optimization of cylinder washing mode,the ability of nickel removal has been greatly improved and good results have been achieved.
