摘  要:宽带阵列接收系统因其瞬时带宽大、动态范围大、灵敏度高等特点,在电子战系统中有着重要应用。针对以较小的硬件代价解决宽空域、高灵敏度接收多个宽带信号的需求,提出了基于多波束网络实现宽带阵列信号接收的解决方案,该系统主要包括射频前端、多波束网络、宽带变频及宽带数字接收机。详细论述了多波束网络损耗模型及级联噪声系数模型,扩展了包含合成器的阵列接收系统噪声系数结论;并从系统的角度分析灵敏度指标,对同类工程系统的设计具有参考意义。系统测试结果表明,灵敏度优于-94 dBm,瞬时动态范围大于40 dB,已在某侦察系统中取得成功应用。Wideband array receiving system plays an important role in electronic warfare system because of its large instantaneous bandwidth,large dynamic range and high sensitivity.To meet the requirements of wide scan space coverage and high sensitivity reception of multiple wideband signals with less hardware cost,a wideband array signal receiving solution based on multi-beam network is proposed in this paper.The proposed system mainly includes several RF front-ends,a multi-beam network,several wideband frequency converters and wideband digital receivers.The multi-beam network loss model and the cascaded noise figure model are described in detail,and then an extended noise figure conclusion of array receiving system including power synthesizer is given.The paper also provides a system view of sensitivity analysis,which has important reference significance for similar system designs.The measurement results of the proposed system show that the sensitivity can be better than-94 dBm,and the instantaneous dynamic range is larger than 40 dB.The system has been successfully applied in a reconnaissance system.
