摘 要:我国"十三五"规划纲要中提出,降低能源消耗、减少污染物排放是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择,全社会应当大力践行节能减排这一重要举措。在建筑给排水设计中,强化节能节水设计,提高资源利用效率很有必要。以长江大学人才公寓工程设计为例,探讨了给排水系统节能节水设计技术措施,采用了叠压供水系统、消防专用水泵系统和太阳能与空气能结合热水供应系统,结合"海绵城市"建设理念,设计了建筑雨水收集及回用系统。与传统的设计方法对比,该创新设计技术在供水方式上节能约50%,在用户用水方面减少了对水资源的浪费;使用清洁、无污染的太阳能和空气能作为供应热水的热源不仅减少了不可再生能源的消耗,而且较大程度上减缓了环境污染问题。In the outline of the 13 th Five-year Plan of our country,it is proposed that reducing energy consumption and reducing pollutant emission are the inevitable choice for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and the whole society should vigorously implement the important measure of energy saving and emission reduction.In the design of water supply and drainage for the buildings,it is necessary to strengthen the design of energy saving and water saving and to improve the efficiency of resource utilization.By taking the engineering design of the Talent Apartment of Yangtze University for instance,the technical measures for energy saving and water saving design of water supply and drainage system are discussed.The superimposed water supply system,the fire water pump system and the hot water supply system by combining solar energy with air energy are adopted in the design.Combined with the concept of“sponge city”construction,the architecture rain water collection and reuse system is designed.By comparing with the traditional design methods,this innovative design technology saves about 50%energy in the water supply mode,and reduces the waste of water resources in the aspect of users water use.The use of clean,non-polluting solar energy and air as heat sources to supply hot water not only reduces the consumption of non-renewable energy,but also alleviates the problem of environmental pollution to a large extent.
