摘 要:为了改善传统电动汽车光伏充电桩Buck-Boost、Boost变换器电路存在的升压比低、纹波扰动成分大的缺点,设计了两种新型DC-DC变换器电路拓扑结构。其中一种为嵌入LC谐振电路的新型Buck-Boost变换器电路,此电路结构可实现电路的宽增益;另一种为嵌入开关电感的新型Boost变换器电路,此电路结构可有效提高电路的升压比,其在电路中结合串并联滤波电容可有效减小Boost电路输出端的扰动成分。同时,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具完成新型电路结构的建模,并在开环模式下完成电路的仿真。实验结果表明,所设计的Buck-Boost变换器电路无论是工作在升压或降压模式下都具有较好的负载动态特性和增益;新型Boost变换器电路无论是工作在连续模式或断续模式都具有较高的升压能力,其输出端电压纹波扰动较小,工作理想情况下其效率最高可达96. 8%。设计的新型DC-DC变换器电路具有高升压比、扰动纹波小的特点,较好地解决了传统Buck-Boost和Boost电路结构存在的缺点,具有较好的应用价值。In order to overcome the disadvantages of low voltage boost ratio and large ripple disturbance components in traditional electric-vehicle photovoltaic charging pile Buck-Boost and Boost converter circuits,two new DC-DC converter circuit topologies are proposed.One is a novel Buck-Boost converter circuit embedded with an LC resonant circuit and can achieves a wide gain of the circuit.The other is a novel Boost converter circuit embedded with a switching inductor and can effectively improve the step-up ratio of the circuit and effectively reduces the disturbance component of the output and of the Boost circuit by combining the series-parallel filter capacitor in the circuit.At the same time,the new circuit structure model is built by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation tools.The circuit simulation in open-loop mode is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed Buck-Boost converter circuit has better load dynamic characteristics and wider gain regardless operating in step-up or step-down mode.And the new Boost converter circuit has higher voltage boost capability and less output voltage ripple while its efficiency is up to 96.8%under ideal conditions regardless continuous mode or intermittent mode.So the new DC-DC converter circuit was designed to solve the problems of the traditional Buck-Boost circuit and Boost circuit,and has high application value.
