摘 要:为了研究型钢混凝土闸墩配钢形式与合理配钢量,探索其配钢量的计算方法,采用待定系数法提出了型钢混凝土闸墩配钢量计算公式,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立型钢混凝土闸墩有限元模型,从位移、应力、裂缝分布及承载能力等方面对不同配钢量下的型钢混凝土闸墩进行分析,探索型钢混凝土闸墩的合理配钢量,并确定待定系数的取值。研究结果表明:在同一型钢布置形式下,当配钢量在一定范围内时,随着配钢量的增大,闸墩的应力、位移逐渐减小,抗裂性能和承载力不断提高;型钢混凝土闸墩截面配钢量的建议取值范围为0. 6%≤ρa≤1. 3%;在相同的荷载作用下,与1SRCD相比,3SRCD的配钢量更经济,受力性能更好,承载能力更高。In order to analyze the reasonable quantity and arrangement of steel bar in a reinforced concrete pier and to study the calculation method of the reinforced concrete pier,a finite element model of the reinforced concrete pier was established using the finite element software ANSYS.The formula for the quantity of steel bar used in the reinforced concrete pier was proposed by the undetermined coefficient method.The displacement,stress and crack distribution and the bearing capacity of the pier under different quantity of steel bar were analyzed to explore the reasonable quantity of steel bar in the reinforced concrete pier and to obtain the undetermined coefficients.The results indicate that for the same steel bar arrangement,the pier s stress and displacement gradually decreases,and the crack resistance and bearing capacity are constantly improved with the increase of steel bar quantity within a certain range.The reference range of steel bar quantity in the cross section of the reinforced concrete pier is 0.6%≤ρa≤1.3%.Under the same arc gate thrust,the“three sections of steel bar”are more economical than the“single steel bar”,with better stress performance and more carrying capacity.
