摘  要:采用羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)改性环氧树脂为基体,纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2)、微米钨粉(W)为填料制备耐核辐照超疏水涂层。研究了PDMS用量、纳米粉体的用量对涂层接触角、表面结构、耐核辐照性能的影响规律。研究表明:PDMS含量为30 wt%时,改性环氧树脂涂层的水接触角达到最大。纳米二氧化硅和微米钨粉的引入可有效增加了涂层的粗糙度,使水接触角高达157°,滚动角小于7°,实现荷叶自清洁效果。该自清洁涂层的附着力为5B,硬度高达6H。涂层经过10~7rad辐照后,仍具自清洁能力,显现出良好的耐辐照稳定性。A super-hydrophobic coating with good resistance to nuclear radiation was prepared using modified epoxy resin with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,nano-SiO 2 and micron tungsten powder.The content of PDMS and nano-powder on the contact angle,surface structure and nuclear radiation resistance were studied.The results showed that the contact angle of the modified epoxy resin coating was up to the maximum when the content of PDMS was 30wt%.The incorporation of nano-silica and micron tungsten powder could effectively increase the coating roughness,and the water contact angle was up to 157°,while sliding angle was less than 7°,achieving lotus leaf self-cleaning effect.The self-cleaning coating had an adhesion degree of 5B and hardness up to 6H.After the coating was irradiated by 10 7 rad,the coating remained self-cleaning and showed good resistance to radiation.
