摘　　要：利用建筑石膏为主要原料,制备轻质发泡石膏,探究了VAE乳液和水泥掺量对轻质发泡石膏制品的抗折、抗压强度、吸水率等性能的影响,通过微观结构分析对其进行改性机理分析。通过试验确定的最佳改性剂为VAE乳液,其掺量20%。Through the use of building gypsum as the main raw material to prepare lightweight foamed gypsum,this paper explores the influence of VAE emulsion and cement content on the flexural strength,compressive strength,water absorption and other properties of lightweight foamed gypsum products,analyzes the modification mechanism by microstructure analysis.The best modifier determined by experiment is a VAE emulsion with an amount of 20%.
