摘　　要：详细分析了干燥窑与焙烧窑连接的直通道一次码烧隧道窑运行中原料性质、制品规格、成型工艺、码坯方式、工艺布置、干燥窑结构、干燥介质、干燥曲线、干燥速度、热工仪表设备、操作管理、环境条件等因素对干燥效果的影响,以及对产品质量、产量和企业效益的影响。直通道一次码烧隧道窑的运行,要比其他干燥焙烧隧道窑的控制,更加复杂和娇气,必须精心、细致,否则成品质量缺陷多、产量低,两种结果会分别出现或同时出现。The article analyzes the raw material properties,product specifications,molding process,setting method,process layout,drying chamber structure,drying medium,drying curve,drying speed,thermal work of the straight channel once-setting-firing tunnel kiln connected to the drying chamber and the firing kiln,and the influence of instrumentation equipment,operation management,environmental conditions and other factors on the drying effect,as well as the impact on product quality,output and business benefits.
