视网膜脱离患者围手术期的护理研究

摘　　要：目的总结视网膜脱离患者围手术期间的护理方法。方法加强对62例视网膜脱离患者围手术期的心理护理、术前讲说、术前准备及术后体位的护理。结果 62例视网脱离患者术后视网膜复位率达到98.39%,术后无感染及其他并发症发生。结论加强对视网膜脱落患者围手术期间的专业护理,这对于患者术后的恢复视力起到了保障作用。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods of patients with retinal detachment.Methods 62 cases of retinal detachment patients with perioperative psychological care,preoperative speaking,preoperative preparation and postoperative posture care.Results The retinal reattachment rate of 62 patients with retinal detachment was 98.39.No infection or other complications occurred.Conclusion To strengthen the professional nursing of patients with retinal detachment during the perioperative period,which plays a protective role in the recovery of visual acuity.
