脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产采用寿胎丸合补中益气汤治疗临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产采用寿胎丸合补中益气汤的临床效果。方法将2015年1月～2017年12月期间本院收治的93例早期先兆流产患者纳入本次研究,以奇偶分组法的方式将其分成研究组和参照组,研究组47例患者、参照组46例患者。参照组患者使用黄体酮治疗,研究组患者则使用寿胎丸合补中益气汤加减进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果研究组患者小腹坠痛、阴道流血、腰部酸痛、两膝酸软等临床症状缓解时间短于参照组,并且其治疗疗效也较为理想,与参照组对比具有明显的优势,组内相关数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寿胎丸合补中益气汤治疗肾脾两虚型早期先兆流产临床效果较为显著,能够有效的缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of the early threatened abortion of spleen and kidney and the use of Shou-pill in supplementing the Yiqi Decoction.Methods 93 cases of early threatened abortion in our hospital were included in this study in the January 2015-December 2017 period,and the group was divided into study Group and reference Group by the method of Odd-even grouping,and 47 patients and reference group in 46 cases were studied.The patients in the reference group were treated with progesterone,and the patients in the study group were treated by using Shou-pill combined with supplementing the Yiqi decoction and comparing the curative effect between the two groups.Results The patients with lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,waist ache,Two knee limp and other clinical symptoms were shorter than the reference group,and the curative effect was also more ideal,compared with the reference group has obvious advantages,the relevant data in the group is compared,which is in line with the statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of the early threatened abortion of the kidney and spleen deficiency type is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the curative effect,which is worth popularizing.
