甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠患者治疗中的应用及优越性分析

摘　　要：目的研究与分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠患者治疗中的应用及优越性。方法选取本院收治的异位妊娠患者100例为对象进行研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组包块缩小时间、血β-HCG下降时间、症状消失时间、治愈情况以及不良反应。结果观察组包块缩小时间、血β-HCG下降时间、症状消失时间等与对照组相比均显著较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率为92.0%(46/50)与对照组76.0%(38/50)相比显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组不良反应发生率为12.0%(6/50)与对照组34.0%(17/50)相比显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠治疗中应用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮的效果非常显著,即可快速缓解患者各种临床症状,又能达到较高的治愈率,并能减少各种不良反应,因此值得临床应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the application and superiority of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone.The time of mass reduction,the time of bloodβ-HCG decrease,the time of symptom disappearance,the condition of cure and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of mass reduction,the time of bloodβ-HCG decrease and the time of symptom disappearance in the observation group were compared with those in the control group.The cure rate of the observation group was 92.0%(46/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.0%(38/50)(P<0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.0%(6/50)significantly lower than that in the control group 34.0%(17/50).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is very remarkable.It can relieve all kinds of clinical symptoms quickly and achieve higher treatment.The rate of cure and can reduce all kinds of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
