摘  要:高压管式反应器属于受内压的厚壁圆筒,因在高温高压条件下长期操作,受腐蚀及压力波动的影响,在高温高压工况下会突发泄漏或爆炸,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。采用数值模拟和实验研究相结合的方法,利用自增强计算得出聚乙烯管反应器的管壁应力与估算径比K值的相关性,进而合理提高弯管的疲劳极限。High pressure tubular reactor is a kind of thick-walled cylinder under internal pressure.Because of long-term operation under high temperature and high pressure conditions,it will suddenly leak or explode under high temperature and high pressure conditions under the influence of corrosion and pressure fluctuation,resulting in casualties and property losses.In this paper,the method of combining numerical simulation with experimental research is used to calculate the correlation between the wall stress of polyethylene tube reactor and the estimated diameter ratio K value,so as to reasonably improve the fatigue limit of elbow.
