摘 要:为同时测定苊醌和苊酮的含量,研究了苊醌和苊酮的导数荧光光谱,利用零交点法避免了它们之间的干扰。在波长差为80 nm的条件下,测定了苊醌和苊酮的同步荧光光谱,对两种物质的同步光谱做一阶导数处理,分别在苊醌和苊酮的一阶导数同步荧光光谱为零的350 nm和340 nm处读取另一种物质的信号值,该值与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围均在0~1.0×10-5 mol/L;苊醌和苊酮的检出限分别是1.8×10-7 mol/L和2.5×10-7 mol/L。该方法用于苊醌和苊酮的同时测定,获得满意结果。A fluorescent method for the synchronous determination of acenaphthenequinone and acenaphthenone was developed.In order to avoid the interference from the two kinds of material,the synchronous fluorescence and first order derivative synchronous fluorescence spectra of the two kinds of material were studied,and the zero-crossing method for reading spectral intensities was adopted.AtΔλ=80 nm,the synchronous fluorescence peaks were at 350 nm and 340 nm for acenaphthenequinone and acenaphthenone,respectively.The first order derivative synchronous fluorescence intensities varied linearly with acenaphthenequinone and acenaphthenone concentrations in a range of 0-1.0×10-5 mol/L.The limits of determination were1.8×10-7 mol/L and 5×10-7 mol/L for acenaphthenequinone and acenaphthenone,respectively.The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of the two kinds of material with satisfactory results.
