摘　　要：分析了砖混住宅结构的现状及材料的性能,探讨了砖混结构中安全性、抗震性存在的问题,并对其进行了分析、评价,提出了对其进行加固应重点放在砌体的构造和承载力上。The paper analyzes the brick-concrete residential building structure status and material performance,explores brick-concrete structure safety and seismic resisting problems,and makes an analysis and evaluation,and finally puts out that:the masonry structure and bearing capacity should be treated as the reinforcement points.
