摘　　要：加热炉控制系统采用西门子S7-1500系列的PLC做控制器,文中详细介绍了加热炉控制系统的总体构成,仔细分析了系统的输入输出量,利用分布式I/O采集及发出输入输出信号,运料系统采用G120变频器,实现变速精准定位,进行了加热炉控制系统硬件及软件设计,HMI上位机远程操控。Heating furnace control system adopts Siemens S7-1500 series PLC controller.This paper introduces in detail the overall composition of heating furnace control system,analysis the amount of input and output,using the distributed I/O,feeding system is VFD G120.It realizes accurate positioning with variable speed,designs hardware and software of heating furnance control system,and remote control of HMI upper computer.
