摘　　要：设计了一种基于视觉烟支检测系统,系统主要由图像采集组件和控制器组成。通过图像采集组件采集待检烟包图像并将图像送入控制器进行处理分析,最终识别出待检烟包是否存在质量缺陷。本系统突破了成像光路设计、烟支自动定位算法等关键技术,现已广泛的应用在烟草包装机上。The cigarette detection system based on vision is designed,which is mainly composed of image acquisition module and controller.Through image acquisition module,the image of cigarette package to be tested is collected,sent to the controller for processing and analysis,and identified finally whether there is any quality defect in the cigarette package to be tested.This system brea through the key technologies such as the design of imaging optical path and the automatic locating algorithm of cigarette.It is widely used in the tobacco packaging machine.
