南充市医学高等院校女性大学生对人乳头瘤病毒及其疫苗的认知调查

摘　　要：目的了解南充市医学高等院校女性大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)及其疫苗的认知情况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取南充市某医学院1 564名本科女性大学生进行问卷调查,其中低年级组893例,高年级组671例。调查内容包括基本信息、HPV及HPV疫苗的相关知识、HPV疫苗接种意愿等。结果有43. 3%(678/1 564)的学生知晓HPV,其中高年级组、在城市环境以及原生家庭成长、有性生活的学生对HPV知晓率较高(P <0. 05)。38. 7%(605/1 564)的学生对HPV疫苗知晓,其中大多数通过新媒体(72. 4%)或传统媒体(59. 0%)了解;只有57. 0%的学生了解需在第一次性行为之前接种疫苗。60. 4%的学生表示希望在高中阶段开始接受相关知识的科普教育;与低年级组比较,高年级组对HPV疫苗及不同种类疫苗的知晓率、了解接种疫苗最合适时间的比例均较高(P <0. 05)。有88. 3%(1 381/1 564)的学生愿意免费接种HPV疫苗,分别有32. 4%、15. 7%、5. 3%的学生能够接受不超过800元、1 500元和2 400元的费用用于HPV疫苗接种。结论南充市医学高等院校女性大学生对HPV、HPV疫苗的知晓率较高。建议在高中或初中阶段提供HPV及HPV疫苗相关知识的科普教育以进一步提高知晓率;医学类学生的接种意愿较强,但是疫苗价格严重制约接受能力。Objective To investigate the cognition of human papillomavirus(HPV)and HPV vaccine among female students from a medical college in Nanchong City.Methods A total of 1 564 female undergraduate students from a medical college in Nanchong City were selected by the cluster random sampling method,then a questionnaire survey was conducted.The subjects consisted of 893 students from junior group and 671 students from senior group.The content of investigation included basic information,HPV and HPV vaccine related knowledge,and the willing of HPV vaccination.Results The awareness rate about HPV was 43.3%(678/1 564),and the awareness rates were higher in the students from the senior group,growing up in urban or original families,and with sex experience(P<0.05).And 38.7%(605/1 564)of the students knew about HPV vaccine mainly by new media(72.4%)or old media(59.0%);only 57.0%of the students had awareness of vaccination before the first sexual behavior.And 60.4%of the students expected to accept relevant popular science education during studying in senior high school,compared to the junior group,the awareness rates about HPV vaccine and its classification,and the proportion of the students knowing the optimal age for vaccination were higher in the senior group(P<0.05).And 88.3%(1 381/1 564)of the students were willing to accept vaccine for free.However,only 32.4%,15.7%and 5.3%of the students accepted the expense less than 800,1 500 and 2 400 yuan for HPV vaccination respectively.Conclusion The awareness rates about HPV and HPV vaccine are high among the female students from a medical college in Nanchong City.It is necessary to further increase the awareness rate about related knowledge on HPV and HPV vaccine through popular science education in high school or junior school.The willingness of medical students for vaccination is strong,but the receptivity is severely restricted by the cost of the vaccine.
