摘  要:通过对服装产业分享经济商业范式的分析,利用价值网理论构建了服装产业价值网业务模型,并基于该模型从信息、产能、人才、资金等方面对分享经济背景下服装产业的经营模式进行详细分析,指出将传统链式模式提升到网状思维可使企业更好地满足用户需求,从而更加均衡、专业化发展,创造价值,实现共赢。Through the analyzing on sharing economy commercial paradigms of the apparel industry,the apparel industry value network business model was constructed based on the value network theory.The business model of apparel in the background of sharing economy was studied on information,capacity,staff,and financing via the designed model.It was pointed out that enterprises could better satisfied customer under reticular mode instead of traditional chained mode.Reticular mode could achieve more balanced and specialized development.It also could create value and achieve win-win situation.
