新发展理念下我国金融机构对社会责任国际立法的参与分析——以兴业银行对赤道原则的参与为例

摘　　要：金融机构"理性人"的逐利本性表明,社会责任这一外在义务需要与其商业动机相连接,才能成为一种自觉行为。兴业银行在新发展理念及其渊源理念的指导下,主动加入和深度践行赤道原则之后所产生的巨大经济、环境和社会效益,便很好地佐证了这一点。而其具体的实践行为和应当的优化路径,则成为我国金融机构参与金融机构社会责任国际立法的重要借鉴对象。我国金融机构应当在新发展理念的指导下,破除当前对该类国际规则"少数参与,多数观望"的状态,并按照"崇尚创新、注重协调、倡导绿色、厚植开放、推进共享"的要求不断优化对其的践行路径。The profit-oriented nature of the“rational person”of financial institutions shows that social responsibility,the external obligation,needs to be connected with its business motives so as to become a self-conscious behavior.Under the guidance of the new development concept and its origin,the aforesaid point has been proved by tremendous economic,environmental and social benefits generated by the Industrial Bank’s participation in the Equator Principle.And its practical behavior and appropriate optimization path have become important reference objects for China’s financial institutions to participate in international legislation on social responsibility of financial institutions.Under the guidance of the new development concept,China’s financial institutions should eliminate the current state of“minority of participants yet majority of observers”for such international rules,and constantly optimize the path of practice according to the requirements of“adhering to innovation,focusing on coordination,advocating green,building openness,and promoting sharing”.
