摘　　要：影响朝日关系的因素主要有两个:一个是朝日之间的历史遗留问题,日本对朝鲜多年的侵略与殖民统治给朝鲜人民造成沉重灾难。而朝鲜要求的伤害赔偿日本则避而不谈,引起朝鲜严重不满。同时朝鲜对于"日本人质绑架"问题也含糊其辞,双方缺乏互信合作基础。另一个是朝鲜安全困境引起的现实问题。近年来,日本在"积极和平主义"政策的指导下,借口"朝鲜核威胁"来吸引国内民众对于安保问题的关注,推动"和平宪法"的修改。为了塑造"维护世界和平的大国"形象,不断对朝鲜进行施压,并和美国一起制裁朝鲜。然而日本的施压使得朝鲜不断进行核试验应对来自日美的威胁,日本想要借助朝核谈判的东风解决"绑架问题"的企图也难以实现,朝日关系陷入僵局。进入2018年以来,朝鲜调整政策转为寻求通过对话和平解决半岛问题。针对朝鲜的政策调整,日本也在"积极和平主义"的政策框架内进行了对朝政策的调整,朝日关系的发展或将迎来转机。There are two main factors that affect the relations between Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK)and Japan.One is the historical legacy between DPRK and Japan.Japan's aggression and plundering against DPRK caused great disaster to the DPRK people.However,DPRK’s claim for compensation for injuries has been avoided by the Japan,so it was discontent.At the same time,DPRK is also vague about the"hostage kidnapping"of Japan,and the two sides lack the basis of mutual trust and cooperation.The other is the practical problems caused by the security dilemma of DPRK.In recent years,under the guidance of the"positive pacifism",Japan has used the"DPRK nuclear threat"to attract domestic public attention to security issues and promote the revision of the"Peace Constitution".In order to create the image of a"great power safeguarding world peace",Japan continues to exert pressure on DPRK and sanctions against DPRK with the United States.However,Japan's pressure has led DPRK to conduct nuclear tests to deal with threats from Japan and the United States,and Japan's attempt to resolve the kidnapping issue through DPRK nuclear negotiations has been difficult to achieve.Relations between DPRK and Japan have reached a deadlock.Since 2018,DPRK turned to seek peaceful settlement of the Korean peninsula issue through dialogue.According to the change in DPRK policy,Japan also changed the policy within the framework of the"positive pacifism".
