东河煤矿综采工作面生产系统可靠性分析

摘　　要：从东河煤矿综采工作面的各种环境条件、工作面从事生产的人员素质、综采设备的配套和运行条件等方面对东河煤矿综采工作面生产系统可靠性进行了分析。为东河煤矿工作面的综采设备建立起关于可靠性的数学模型,确定了故障发生的函数的分布类型,计算出东河煤矿综采设备的各个子系统和总体系统的可靠性指标,分析综采工作面设备系统的可靠性情况,找到了综采工作面的薄弱环节,为综采工作面的生产提供指导。This paper analyzes the reliability of the production system on the fully mechanized mining face in Donghe Coal Mine,in terms of the various environmental conditions,staff quality,matching mining equipment,and operating conditions.A mathematical model for reliability is established to determine the function distribution of failures.Then the study calculates the reliability indicators of the subsystems and overall system of the equipment,analyzes the reliability of the equipment system,and locates the weak link,which could provide guidance for the production of the fully mechanized mining faces.
