摘  要:针对传统高压逆变器高频斩波开关管承受电压大,器件选型比较困难的特点,在母线直流侧采用双管串联的方式,使开关管承受的电压降为输入电压的一半。文章分析了开关管在承受电压小的情况下,如何能够减小开关损耗,提高整体的效率,并以此为基础研制了一台2000 W的高压逆变器,将其应用于煤矿井下架线车的电控系统,给出了实际运行的实验波形,验证了方案设计的可靠性。Traditional high-voltage inverters are characteristic of high voltage of the high-frequency chopper switch tube and difficult device selection.Double-tube series connection is adopted on the DC side of the bus,so that the voltage of the switch tube is reduced to half of the input voltage.The switch tube can reduce the switching loss and improve the overall efficiency when withstanding voltage is small.Based on this,a 2000 W high-voltage inverter was developed and applied in the electronic control system of the underground trolley.The experimental waveform of the actual operation was given and the reliability of the design was verified.
