摘 要:目的:研究贵州毕节地区燃煤污染型氟中毒病区人群身高与血浆氟含量的相关性。方法:以贵州毕节地区燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒干预区与非干预区人群以及非病区健康人群作为研究对象,进行身高体重等体格检查。采集静脉全血,使用离子选择性电极测定血浆氟含量,并分析其与身高的相关性。结果:非干预组人群的血浆氟浓度显著的高于干预组(p <0. 05),且两组都极显著的高于对照组(p <0. 01)。男性非干预组人群的身高显著的矮于干预组(p <0. 05),且两组都显著的矮于对照组(p <0. 05)。而女性中非干预组与干预组人群身高相比没有统计学差异(p>0. 05),但两组都显著的矮于对照组(p <0. 05)。非干预组中人群的身高和血浆氟浓度呈负相关(p<0. 01)。结论:本研究所调查的人群中氟中毒非干预区对应的血浆氟含量高于干预区,同时两者又高于非病区,人群身高和血浆氟浓度具有一定的相关性。Objective:To study the correlation between population height and concentration of plasma fluorine from coal-burning endemic fluorosis area in Bijie,Guizhou.Methods:Physical examinations such as height and weight were performed on candidates from the interventional and non-intervention area of coal-fired endemic fluorosis in the Bijie of Guizhou Province and control area.Whole blood was collected and the concentration of plasma fluorine was measured using ion-selective electrodes,and the correlation with the height of the population was analyzed.Results:The plasma fluoride concentration in the non-intervention group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group(p<0.05),and both groups were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01).The height of the male non-intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the intervention group(p<0.05),and both groups were significantly shorter than the control group(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in height between women in the non-intervention group and the intervention group(p>0.05),but both groups were significantly shorter than the control group(p<0.05).The height of the population in the non-intervention group was negatively correlated with plasma fluoride concentration(p<0.05).Conclusion:The concentration of plasma fluorine in the non-intervention area of the fluorosis population in this study is higher than that in the intervention area.The population height and plasma fluoride concentration are significant correlation.
