摘  要:目的探讨动机性访谈结合程序式健康教育管理对精神抑郁症患者服药依从性的影响。方法随机将精神抑郁症患者分成2个组,各72例,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式,观察组采用动机性访谈结合程序式健康教育管理,比较患者服药依从性和抑郁程度并分析差异。结果管理前,两组各项指标比较均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。管理后,观察组服药依从性高于对照组[服药依从性评分,观察组(26.94±3.47)分、对照组(21.67±2.93)分、t=9.85、P<0. 001;服药依从率,观察组84.72%、对照组66.67%、χ~2=6.38、P=0.01]。观察组抑郁程度低于对照组[HAMD评分,观察组(6.25±0.41)分、对照组(9.36±1.48)分、t=17.18、P<0.001; SDS评分,观察组(35.36±3.28)分、对照组(43.26±3. 87)分、t=13.21、P<0.001]。且观察组各项评分管理前后的差值均高于对照组[服药依从性评分差值,观察组(7.11±1. 02)分、对照组(3.27±0.38)分、t=29.93、P<0.001; HAMD评分差值,观察组(7.23±0.95)分、对照组(4.62±0.52)分、t=20. 45、P<0.001; SDS评分差值,观察组(11.21±1.06)分、对照组(6.40±0.99)分、t=28.14、P<0.001],差异有统计学意义。结论动机性访谈结合程序式健康教育管理可有效增强患者服药依从性,减轻精神抑郁症患者抑郁程度。Objective To explore the effect of motivational interview combined with procedural health education management on drug compliance of patients with mental depression.Methods The patients with mental depression were randomly divided into two groups,72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional health education model,and the observation group was managed with the combination of motivational interview and procedural health education.Drug compliance and depression degree of patients were compared and the differences were analyzed.Results Before management,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the drug compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(score of compliance:26.94±3.47 in the observation group and 21.67±2.93 in the control group with t=9.85and P<0.001;the drug compliance rate:84.72 in the observation group and 66.67 the control group withχ2=6.38 and P=0.01).The depression degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(HAMD score:6.25±0.41 in the observation group,and 9.36±1.48 in the control group,with t=17.18 and P<0.001;SDS score:35.36±3.28 in the observation group and 43.26±3.87 in the control group,with t=13.21 and P<0.001).The difference value between the scores before and after management of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(the difference value of drug compliance score:7.11±1.02 in the observation group,and 3.27±0.38 in the control group with t=29.93 and P<0.001;the difference value of HAMD score:7.23±0.95 in the observation group and 4.62±0.52 in the control group with t=20.45 and P<0.001;the difference value of SDS score:11.21±1.06 in the observation group and 6.40±0.99 in the control group,with t=28.14 and P<0.001).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Motivation interview combined with procedural health education management can effectively enhance the drug compliance of patients and alleviate the depression degree
