摘　　要：随着市场经济的纵深发展,音视频传播业正在受到愈来愈多的冲击和挑战。女性主持人作为音视频传播中的多数,其真实与自我、大方与稳定、优雅与多样的特性显得尤为重要。她们运用女性独特的眼光、角度和立场"看世界",发挥着重要的传播功能。面对新的冲击和挑战,如何培养创新与参与能力,提高综合素养与主持效果,追求卓越、树立品牌目标,避免平庸与浮躁、媚俗与逐利、崇洋与自由,从而坚守道德底线、履行职业操守、展现出自己独特的个性与魅力、塑造优秀的女性主持人形象,是目前迫切需要解决的问题。With the development of market economy,audio and video communication industry is facing more and more challenges.It is particularly important for the hostesses,as the main force of audio and video communication,to have the characteristics of authenticity and selfness,naturalness and steadiness,elegance and diversity.The hostesses are playing an important role in communication by using their unique vision,point of view and standpoint to“see the world”.Facing the new shocks and challenges,how to cultivate the ability of innovation and participation,improve the overall quality and effectiveness of hosting,pursue excellence,establish brand goals,and avoid mediocrity and impetuosity,vulgarity and pursuit of profit,worship everything foreign,so as to stick to the moral bottom line,fulfill professional ethics,show their own unique personality and charm,and create an excellent hostess image,is an urgent problem to be solved.
