摘　　要：上海国际医学中心自2014年正式运营以来,运用模块化管理理念,结合当前医师多点执业相关政策发展,借鉴国内外先进管理理念,克难攻坚,在平台化管理方面坚持走专业化、国际化、科学化、规范化道路,将医师多点执业政策切实落地。上海国际医学中心经过近4年平台管理模块化实践探索,满足多层次医疗服务需求,实现"让医疗服务充满关爱"的服务宗旨,"满足人民对美好生活需求"的愿景。The enterprise module has been used in Shanghai International Medical Center(hereinafter referred to as SIMC)since its official operation in 2014.Combined with the development of current doctors'multi-sited licensed practice and related policies,and drawing on advanced management concepts at home and abroad,adhering the road of professionalization,internationalization,science and standardization in the platform management,doctor's multisited licensed practice has been coming to implementation.The modularization of platform management of SIMC can meet the needs of multi-level medical care and achieve the vision of"let the medical services be full of care",and"satisfy the people's needs for a better life".
