摘　　要：高龄手术患者常伴随多种疾病,其手术安全性、有效性和术后生活质量是当前老年医学面临的重大挑战。首都医科大学宣武医院通过组建专业化、高水平的多学科团队,对高龄患者进行围术期一站式评估与干预。同时,借助信息化手段,优化流程,探索高龄患者围术期多学科协作的全程管理模式,为患者提供最佳诊疗决策。从而降低手术风险,减少并发症出现,提高患者远期生活质量,保障患者围术期医疗质量与安全,提升医院老年医学品牌实力。Advanced aged patients are usually accompanied with multiple chronic diseases.The surgery safety and effectiveness,the postoperative quality of life in this elderly group raise a significant challenge to current geriatric medicine.By the establishment of a specialized multidisciplinary team,advanced aged patients are evaluated and intervened during perioperative period.At the same time,with the help of information technology,the management processes are improved.The perioperative overall management by multidisciplinary treatment mode for the advanced aged patients is an innovative approach to optimize the decision-making process.This management mode can decrease the risks of surgery and complications,improve long-term quality of life for the elderly,guarantee medical quality and safety,and enhance the reputation of the geriatric medicine for our hospital.
