摘　　要：目的:为了更好地发挥中医药特色,规范中医护理技术的准入机制,降低中医技术操作相关并发症的发生,保障患者安全。方法:通过对浙江省中医院临床开展的37项中医护理技术按照操作的复杂性、风险性和专科性进行分级,每类技术明确相应的人员准入要求,形成规范的制度及中医护理技术分级培训考核准入方案。结果:运用中医护理技术分级和人员准入管理,最大程度保证中医护理技术实施的质量和疗效,降低并发症的发生,得到医生和患者的一致好评。结论:中医护理技术分级和人员准入管理,能够为患者提供安全、有效、规范的特色护理技术,提高护理人员的中医护理技术水平,值得各医院借鉴推广。Objectives:To better perform the characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),standardize the admittance administration of the nursing technique of TCM,reduce the technical operation related complications and assure the safety of patients.Methods:37 types of clinical nursing techniques in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM were classified according to the complexity,risk and specialty and staff admittance standard of each type of technology were also clarified respectively.A standard system of classification training and admittance scheme of TCM nursing technology was formed.Results:TCM nursing technology classification and staff admittance standards can help improving TCM quality,reduce complications and gets high praise from both doctors and patients.Conclusions:The classification of TCM nursing technology and staff admittance standards can provide safe,effective and standardized nursing technology,as well as improve TCM nursing technology and worth expanding.
