新媒体时代医院图书馆的信息服务研究

摘　　要：通过对国内外相关研究文献的阅读,归纳、总结新媒体时代给医院图书馆带来的挑战和机遇。在此基础上设计并发放网上在线调查问卷对某医院医务人员进行实证调研,同时应用SPSS软件和卡方检验统计法对调研结果进行处理,确定各类人员在新媒体时代的信息需求特征,并从完善图书馆已有职能,优化服务方式;积极购进新的数字资源,满足读者个性化的信息需求;微信图书馆:充分利用新媒体技术,打造移动信息服务平台;建立灵活开放的读者信息素养培训体系等方面提出了新媒体时代医院图书馆应对策略建议。Based on domestic and foreign literature review,challenges and opportunities what new media age bring to the hospital library has been summarized.Self-designed online questionnaire has been accepted by medical staff in a hospital.SPSS software and chi-square statistics was used to analyze the data.The information demand characters for all kinds of medical staff under micro medical era have been described.Suggestions such as completing library function,optimizing service mode,purchasing digital resources,meeting reader’s personal demand,WeChat Library,building mobile information service platform with full use of micro media era technology and carrying out feasible information training for reader have been presented.
