人体肩部皮下感染裂头蚴1例

摘　　要：曼氏迭宫绦虫第二中间宿主主要是蛙、蛇等多种脊椎动物,人可作为第二中间宿主、转续宿主甚至终末宿主,引起裂头蚴病。人类感染曼氏裂头蚴主要是食用生的或未煮熟的蛙肉,或采用生蛙肉或蛙皮外敷消炎。我国曼氏裂头蚴病的报道广泛,但湖北黄冈一直未见公开报道。预防曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴病的关键,是消除用生蛙肉或蛙皮外敷消炎、食用生的或未煮熟的蛙肉等陋习,疾病预防控制部门应大力开展卫生宣传教育。The second intermediate host of Taenia mansoni is mainly frog,snake and other vertebrates,human can be used as the second intermediate host,transitional host and even the final host,causing sparganosis.Human infection with sparganum mansoni is mainly caused by eating raw or uncooked frog meat,or by external application of raw frog meat or frog skin.There are extensive reports on the disease of mansoni in China,but no public reports have been reported in Huanggang,Hubei.The key to prevent sparganosis of Taenia mansoni is to eliminate the bad habits of externally applying raw frog meat or frog skin for anti-inflammation and eating raw or undercooked frog meat.The department of disease prevention and control should vigorously carry out hygiene propaganda and education.
