摘　　要：目的探讨初产妇剖宫产后护理干预对母乳喂养成功率及依从性的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2017年12月我院产科收治的200名初产妇患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(92例)和研究组(108例),对照组给予常规临床护理,研究组在此基础上给予健康教育护理干预。对比两组产妇干预前后喂养自我效能评分,产妇喂养知识掌握情况,母乳喂养方式及成功率,喂养依从性。结果研究组干预后产妇母乳喂养自我效能评分明显高于干预前(P <0. 05);干预后研究组产妇喂养知识的掌握评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组干预后各时间段纯母乳喂养成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组干预后产妇母乳喂养依从性显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论初产妇剖宫产产后给予患者临床路径健康教育干预,可有效增强产妇喂养知识及信心,提高喂养依从性及纯母乳喂养成功率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum nursing intervention on success rate and compliance of breast-feeding in primipara after cesarean section.Methods To compare self-efficacy scores of breastfeeding,mastery of breastfeeding knowledge,breastfeeding manner and success rate,and the compliance of breastfeeding before and after intervention,200 cases of primipara,who admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from November 2015 to December 2017,were observed,and randomly divided into control group(92 cases)and study group(108 cases).The control group was given routine clinical nursing,while the study group was given the health education intervention mode of clinical pathway on the basis of the control group.Results The self-efficacy scores of breastfeeding in study group was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the mastery of breastfeeding knowledge in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of exclusive breastfeeding in each time period of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the breastfeeding compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum health education intervention of clinical pathway on primipara underwent cesarean section could effectively enhance primipara's breastfeeding knowledge and their confidence so that to promote breastfeeding compliance and the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding,which achieved remarkable effect.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
