摘 要:近年来高效焊接技术受到了制造行业的广泛重视,在保证焊接质量前提下,提高焊接效率以满足现代制造业发展的需求是未来发展趋势之一,因此开展弧焊技术的研究具有十分重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。对国内外弧焊方法的研究发展现状进行了介绍和总结,包括带极GMAW、T. I. M. E.、双丝及多丝焊、高速脉冲GMAW、A-TIG、热丝TIG及复合热源焊等高效弧焊技术的原理及研究现状进行总结,并对其焊接特点及发展趋势进行了详细阐述。In recent years,high-efficiency welding technology has received extensive attention from the manufacturing industry.Under the premise of ensuring welding quality,improving welding efficiency to meet the development of modern manufacturing is one of the future development trends.Therefore,the research of arc welding technology has very important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.In this paper,the research and development status of high-efficiency arc welding methods at home and abroad are introduced and summarized,including GMAW with band-electrode,T.I.M.E.,double wire and multi-wire welding,high-speed pulsed GMAW,A-TIG,hot wire TIG and hybrid welding.The principle and research status of the technology are summarized,and the welding characteristics and development trends are elaborated.
